Fuel Policy
Vehicle is provided with a full tank and must be returned full. A refuelling fee applies if returned with less fuel.
Mileage Policy
A daily mileage allowance is included in the rental rate. Additional kilometres are charged at a fixed rate per km.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a one-day rental charge.
Insurance & Damage Waiver
Basic Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is included. Excess reduction packages are available at pickup. Personal belongings are not covered.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is held at pickup and released upon vehicle return in undamaged condition.
Traffic Fines & Violations
The renter is fully responsible for all traffic fines, toll fees, and parking violations incurred during the rental period.
Additional Drivers
Additional drivers must be present at pickup with a valid driving licence. A nominal fee per additional driver applies.
Vehicle Return
Vehicles must be returned to the agreed location on time and in the same condition as delivered. Late returns are charged pro-rata.
